House rules
- Check-in / out
- Homestay 2:after 2:00 PM / before 11:00 AMHomestay 3:after 3:00 PM / before 12:00 PMHomestay 4:after 4:00 PM / before 1:00 PM
- Payment
- 50% deposit secures your date, the remaining 50% is paid on check-in.
- Cancellation
- Cancel more than 30 days before your stay for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within one month of the stay date are non-refundable.
- Cleaning fee
- A one-time cleaning fee applies per stay, not per night
- Events
- Wedding and birthday parties with many guests who are not staying overnight are not allowed at Memories Homestay 3 and 4. PA systems (speakers, etc.) are not allowed to be brought in.
- Pets
- Not permitted in any of the three homestays
- Smoking
- Strictly outdoors only
